How quickly can ZOTRADE dispatch urgent spare parts during line-down emergencies?

For critical line-down emergencies, in-stock spare parts (teach pendants, servo drives, CPU boards, cables, RV reducers) are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours via DHL, FedEx Priority, or UPS Express from our 10,000 m² Guangzhou warehouse directly to USA (Detroit, Texas), Europe (Germany, Italy), Mexico, and the Middle East.

How long does it take to receive an official Proforma Invoice (PI)?

Our engineering desk provides formal Proforma Invoices with guaranteed 2-hour turnaround upon receiving your part number, quantity, and destination port/address. WhatsApp direct inquiries receive immediate engineer response within 15 minutes.

Can I inspect the original OEM metal nameplate and bench testing video before payment?

Yes. Prior to paying any deposit, buyers can request a 15-30 second serialized live bench-testing video and high-resolution photos of the original OEM stamped metal nameplate showing exact matching part numbers and serial numbers.

What is ZOTRADE's 'Spares-to-Arm' (以件带机) 100% credit voucher program?

Overseas buyers who purchase emergency spare parts receive a physical Spares-to-Arm Credit Voucher in the delivery package. 100% of the spare part's invoice value is credited as a cash deposit toward the purchase of a compatible refurbished robot arm within 6 months, saving up to 55% compared to OEM new equipment.

What international payment rails and trade terms are supported?

We support standard enterprise B2B payment methods: SWIFT T/T wire transfer (USD, EUR, GBP, CNH), Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight (L/C for orders over $20,000), Corporate Purchasing Cards, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Supported Incoterms include DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), CIF, FOB, and EXW.

What is the warranty and Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) policy?

Warranty terms for all equipment and spare parts are confirmed upon mutual technical consultation to ensure tailored coverage for specific plant operating conditions. This is paired with an unconditional 7-day DOA (Dead-on-Arrival) express air replacement guarantee: in the rare event of a transit defect, an air replacement is dispatched immediately upon video proof without waiting for defective item return.
