Shipping Policy
1. Prices Do Not Include Shipping
All prices on zotrade.net are quoted on an FOB Guangzhou basis (Incoterms 2020). Shipping, freight, insurance, customs duties, taxes, and destination charges are NOT included in the listed price.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all transportation from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China to the final destination.
2. Shipping Options
You have three options:
Option A — Self-arranged freight (recommended) You appoint your own freight forwarder or courier and provide us with the booking. We will deliver the goods to your forwarder's warehouse for pickup.
Option B — We help source shipping (buyer pays) If you do not have a forwarder, we can help you obtain a quote from our forwarder network for your reference. However:
- All freight, insurance, and destination charges are paid by the buyer.
- We act as a referral only and do not mark up or take margin on shipping costs.
- The shipping contract is between you and the forwarder/carrier directly.
- We are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, or carrier disputes.
Option C — Warehouse pickup You or your agent may collect the goods directly from our Guangzhou warehouse by appointment.
3. What We Do
We will:
- Prepare export packaging suitable for international shipping
- Provide commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin
- Assist with booking and documentation within our scope
- Load goods onto your nominated carrier
4. What We Do Not Do
We do not cover or arrange:
- International ocean/air freight
- Import customs clearance in the destination country
- Import duties, VAT, GST, or taxes
- Destination port charges, demurrage, or inland delivery
- Cargo insurance (we strongly recommend the buyer arranges marine cargo insurance)
5. Risk Transfer
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer when the goods leave our warehouse in Guangzhou, regardless of which shipping option is chosen. We recommend purchasing marine cargo insurance covering door-to-door transit.
6. Estimated Delivery Times
The following are estimates only, calculated from the date of ship departure and excluding customs clearance:

These are not guarantees. Delays caused by vessel schedules, port congestion, customs inspection, weather, or force majeure are beyond our control.
7. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect the goods on arrival. If damage is visible:
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing
- Take photos of packaging and the item
- Email us within 7 days at zotrade@outlook.com
Claims for transit damage must be filed by the consignee with the carrier/insurer. We will provide supporting documentation.
